We work with the best tools, the hands, elaborate everything patiently and I spoil. We peel, cut, cook and pack the fruits and vegetables manually.
And certainly, only we use fruits and vegetables of the first quality and 100% ecological for the production of our jams and conserves, matured in his own trees and plants, guaranteeing this way all his properties, quality and an exceptional and genuine flavor. In addition, they come from our cultivated fields carefully according to a respectful agriculture with the environment and the procedure of the ecological agriculture.
